Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times and rates

Standard shipping: 7 to 15 business days after processing. $2.99, and free on orders of $70.00 or more.
Express shipping: 5 to 8 business days after processing. $15.00.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday volume can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to begin updating.

Order changes and address errors

Email tiktok@helpfulhome.co as soon as possible if you need to change your order or shipping address. Once an order has been sent for fulfillment we cannot change it. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email tiktok@helpfulhome.co with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the case with our shipping partner. Please also read our Return and Refund Policy, which explains that all sales are final.
