Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final

All sales on HelpfulHome.Co are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for selecting the wrong pack size, or for dissatisfaction with the product after it has shipped.

Please review your order carefully, including the pack size you have chosen and your shipping address, before completing checkout. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Order cancellations

An order can only be cancelled before it is sent to our supplier for fulfillment, which is usually within a few hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, email tiktok@helpfulhome.co immediately with your order number. Once an order has been sent for fulfillment it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping address errors

You are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders that are undeliverable or that are delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email tiktok@helpfulhome.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. If your order has not arrived, email us within 30 days of your order date with your order number. We review each case individually with our shipping partner. Any resolution offered is at our discretion and is not guaranteed by this policy.
